DUE TO THE COVID-19 GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE CDC, THE APRIL 8th BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
The Board of Adjustment's responsibility is to consider variances — permission to modify the regulations of Title IV: Land Use of the Municipal Code — on a case-by-case basis. The Board consists of five members and up to three alternate members.
The Board schedule is done on a yearly basis and consists of meeting dates and submittal deadlines. Agendas are available the Monday before the scheduled meeting. Meeting minutes will be available after approval by the Board.
Submittals should be submitted electronically along with the appropriate application to firstname.lastname@example.org by the scheduled deadline date. Applicants will be billed for the application and any associated fees after the submittal process.
