City of O'Fallon, Missouri | Celebration of Lights

November 25 - December 30, 2011

Celebration of Lights is a drive-through holiday light display held at Fort Zumwalt Park. Each scene is designed and funded by local organizations, churches and businesses. Started in 1991, the event attracts more than 8,000 vehicles each year and more than 5,000 individuals on Walk-Through Night.

Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday 6 - 9 p.m.

Friday and Saturday 6 - 10 p.m.

$9/ cars, $15/ commercial vans, $1 per person/ bus ($25 minimum)
Tuesday night special - $7 for all non-commercial vehicles
$1 off any regular admission with canned food (not valid on Tuesdays or Walk-Through Night)

Closed to vehicle traffic – Train rides by advance reservation only (see below).

Directions

From I-70, take Bryan Road (Exit 216). Turn south on Bryan Road. Take a left at Veterans Memorial Parkway (South Outer Rd.). Drive 1.5 miles and take a right on Jessup Lane into Fort Zumwalt Park.

Walk-Through Night

Tuesday, December 13 6 - 9 p.m.

Cost: $2 per person; Ages 2 and under are free
Parking: First Baptist Church of O’Fallon, 8750 Veterans Memorial Parkway; O’Fallon Christian Church, 9380 Veterans Memorial Parkway

The event is held rain or shine!

Visitors may walk along the illuminated route and enjoy holiday music, visit with Santa, fireworks and booths filled with holiday crafts, gifts and festival food. Fireworks at 7:25 p.m.

Special Rides

Carriage Rides SOLD OUT, except for Community wagons on Dec. 29 and 30

Cost:
- Private carriage reservations are $50 for two passengers; $10 for each additional passenger for up to four adults, or smaller families.
- Private wagons – $175; wagons hold up to 14 passengers
- Community wagons – $10 per passenger
Children 4 and under are free but must sit on a paying adults' lap.
Call to ask about same-day community rides (subject to available space).

Rides are approximately 30 minutes. Riders are encouraged to bring blankets for extra warmth. Snacks and drinks are permitted on wagons, only.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation; however you may pay by cash, check or credit card. 12 hours cancellation notice is required. If you do not show for your reservation, your credit card will be charged. Prices do not include gratuity for your driver.
