No matter what kind of outdoor celebration you're planning, O'Fallon Parks and Recreation Department has a pavilion that meets your needs. Pavilions are offered for both full-day and half-day rentals.
Half-day rentals: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Full-day rentals: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Park facilities may be reserved in person at the Renaud Center (2650 Tri Sports Circle) or by calling the Renaud Center at 636-474-2REC (2732). To check availability of a pavilion, please call or use the link below.
Please note: Additional permits and fees will be required for additional amenities brought in to the park including, but not limited to: bounce house, petting zoo, game trailer, food vendors (ice cream man, snow cone truck, food truck), amplified music, events open to the public. Additional amenities or park access
For events requesting additional amenities or additional park access, a special event permit is required. These requests include, but are not limited to: bounce houses, petting zoos, game trailers, food vendors (ice cream man, snow cone truck, food truck), amplified music or any event open to the public. Special event permits must be approved by the Parks Director and the Recreation Director. An additional special event fee will apply.
Special event requests require a minimum of 30 days notice. For larger events, the request may require up to 180 days notice. To begin the application process for a special event permit, please complete the form below.
