The O’Fallon Missouri Police Department has implemented a Special Needs Locator Program for its residents and surrounding areas utilized for a variety of cognitive disorders. This program’s purpose is to help locate an individual with a cognitive disorder who has become lost, disoriented or is unable to effectively communicate.
The program is voluntary for individuals living with, but not limited to:

Family members can register their loved ones at the O’Fallon Police Department. The information is confidential and only accessible by the O’Fallon Police Department.
