O'Fallon Safety Town
O’Fallon Safety Town is a nationally accredited child accident prevention program that introduces safety awareness and preventive procedures to children, ages 4½ through 6½ years old. The program uses a simulated city layout, a classroom facility and an off-campus field trip.
Under the guidance of police officers, a certified teacher, paramedics, firefighters, railroad police and trained volunteer staff, children experience “real life” situations. In accordance with their age and maturity, children are taught to evaluate “safe from unsafe” and how to react safely when confronted with dangerous situations.
Safety Town is the foundation of safety education, and it is the only time in a child’s life that they will have an opportunity to attend a program exclusively designed to teach safety.

2012 Program and Registration Information
Registration begins the Wednesday, April 4 at 8 a.m. Only parent(s) or legal guardians may register their children for the 2012 Safety Town program. All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment. Classes fill quickly and early registration is strongly encouraged!
Registration Fee: $60 per child; $40 for each additional child in the same family.

Children attend Safety Town for two weeks, Monday through Friday, and may be enrolled in either a morning or an afternoon class.
- Please identify the session date and class (morning or afternoon) for which you are registering your child.
Morning classes are 9 – 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon classes are 12:30 – 3 p.m.
*Due to snow days and the availability of program locations, the program dates are tentative and subject to change prior to April. Please check the website regularly for updates.
Please register early!
All sessions have a minimum and maximum enrollment. To keep a session from being cancelled due to low registration, please register well in advance of the start date. Once a session is cancelled, it will not be rescheduled.
Registration options
You may register for Safety Town online or in-person at the Renaud Spirit Center.
Online: Please obtain a PIN/Barcode from the City of O'Fallon prior to using online registration. To register, select a desired session and class for your child(ren) and login using the PIN/Barcode provided to you; pay by credit card.
In-person: Register in person at O'Fallon's Renaud Spirit Center, 2650 Tri Sports Circle, O'Fallon, MO 63368 during normal business hours; pay by credit card, check or cash.
