Water Line Replacement Program


The city has secured the services of Musler Engineering to perform survey work, to develop plans, and bid specifications to replace water lines in areas of Forest Park Subdivision.

The first phase of this work will be performed on St. Paul Lane starting at Briscoe and continuing down to Allen Drive which will include Allen Court.  Residents in these areas will notice the following activities in the preliminary stages of this project:

  • Utility locates by: electric, gas, telephone, water, sewer, cable TV
  • Survey activities
  • Engineering firm presence

The City asks residents in the prescribed area to be patient and cooperative with this phase of work.  If you should have questions regarding the project please contact Utility Manager Dan Scherer at 636-281-2858.
