The City of O’Fallon’s Water and Sewer Department is proud to serve the residents of O’Fallon and offer affordable service with great customer service. If you are new to the area or planning on moving to O’Fallon, signing up for service is as easy as 1…2…3…

  1. Because several different water or sewer companies serve different parts of the City of O’Fallon, please visit the following links to see if you are located within the service area or call us at 636-281-2858 to verify that O’Fallon Water and Sewer will provide services for your new address.
  2. Please visit our office at 410 East Elm Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366, to fill out a short application for service form. You must appear in person to request service and please be sure to give at least one business day’s notice in order to start your service.
  3. If you are renting a property in our service area, the form for renters requires both your information and your landlord’s information. Please pick up a form to fill out and have your landlord fill out their portion of the form and return the completed form to our office. Again, we will need one business days notice to start your service.
