The Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, O'Fallon Municipal Division is an extension and qualified division of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County. The Municipal Court adjudicates traffic and other ordinance violations primarily filed by the O'Fallon Police Department and Code Enforcement Officers.

 

 

The mission of The Municipal Court is to treat the citizens who appear in a timely, courteous and efficient manner and assure them of a fair and impartial disposition of their case(s).

is required. Payment must be made in full.


Court is held three (3) times each month, two Monday evenings at 6 p.m. and one Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. To hear a schedule of court dates call 636-240-8766. Proper attire is required. No Shorts, Halter Tops, or Tank Tops allowed in the courtroom. Cell Phones will not be allowed in the courtroom.

The Honorable Judge Larry Nesslage serves as O'Fallon's Municipal Court Judge, Vincent Johnson serves as Prosecuting Attorney and Jeff Chapple serves as Court Administrator. Four clerks and numerous volunteers also assist the Court.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Except on Mondays when court is held, the office closes at 4 p.m.

Directions

From I-70: Exit 217, Highway K. Right onto Main Street (Highway M) for approximately one mile. After crossing railroad tracks, turn right into O'Fallon Municipal Centre parking lot.


From Highway 40: Exit Highway K. Right onto Highway K for approximately 5 miles. After crossing railroad tracks, turn right into O'Fallon Municipal Centre parking lot.
