
Administrative Services
Administrative Services includes the following departments:
Facilities Maintenance
This department is responsible for maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems in all City buildings. The Facilities group provides housekeeping and cleaning of City Hall and O'Fallon Senior Center.
Fleet Maintenance
This department maintains all rolling stock including police and non-police vehicles, and is responsible for maintaining service records on each vehicle, performing maintenance work and scheduling outside repairs.

Information Technology (IT)
This department is responsible for the administration and support of the City’s computer network, and repair and troubleshooting of electronic equipment used by City staff and elected officials. IT also supports the phone system and voice mail, as well as maintenance of the building security system.
Safety and Risk Management
This department determines the risk of the various functions of the City and coordinates a Safety Program that covers each of these functions. The development of a training program ensures the safety of each employee.
