O'Fallon Convention & Visitors Bureau


The Bureau meets on the fourth Wednesday in January, March, July, September and October at City Hall.


The O’Fallon Convention and Visitors Bureau consists of seven members: two City staff members and five members appointed by the Mayor, including:

  • One City Council member
  • One O’Fallon Business District representative
  • One O’Fallon hotel or motel manager
  • Two citizens at large

The OCVB advises the Mayor, City Council, and City Administrator on the expenditure of transient guest tax revenue, and is responsible for modeling the continuation and enhancement of current tourism endeavors while envisioning future possibilities. Planning includes consideration of community impact to citizens and business owners, as well as operational and capital requirements.
