Downtown Neighborhood Association


The Association meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00P at O'Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall).

The Downtown Neighborhood Association is a group of homeowners and businesses who promote self-determined change and improvements to Old Town O’Fallon. The DNA promotes selective redevelopment without relying on eminent domain, with use of minimal public funding, and preservation of existing homes and businesses.

The DNA is a positive force in the community, fostering cooperation with private, civic and public individuals in the community for the betterment of Old Town.
