Apportionment Commission

The City of O’Fallon’s Apportionment Commission was founded as a result of the passing of the City’s Charter form of government in the April 2009 elections. The Apportionment Commission is charged with redistricting the City’s Wards from the current four (4) Wards to five (5) Wards.

The Commission has six (6) months to complete its work and present a report on the new Ward boundaries to the City Council. A public hearing will be held to allow citizens to offer their thoughts and opinions on the proposed Wards.

The four members of the Commission are:
Ward 1 - James Karll
Ward 2 - Paul Brown, Jr.
Ward 3 - Tom Shepherd
Ward 4 - Jeffrey Kuehn
