Mayor's Youth Advisory Council

The Youth Council meets the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at O'Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall).

The Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) was created to give youth a voice in City government, and to educate youth on how the governmental branches work together to improve the City.

The high school seniors and juniors - who attend either a public or private school in the O’Fallon area - act as liaisons to city government. MYAC members not only sit in on Council and commission meetings, they also plan projects and meet as a whole. The City Council Liaison to the MYAC is Councilmember John Haman, Jr.
