![]() Citizens First Center The Citizen's First Center puts you first! For street, road or snow-related requests, please use the links below to report/request a specific problem/service.
For general inquiries, please call us, or use the Citizens First e-mail address link and include the location of the problem, a description of the problem, and your name, address, and phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you. We're located in the rotunda (West entrance) of the O'Fallon Municipal Centre.
Citizens First offers NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES CITIZEN'S FIRST HOTLINE: Call 636-379-5553 To help residents who are deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired communicate directly with City Hall, a Text Telephone, or TTY device (also known as TDD), is installed at the City of O’Fallon’s Citizens First Center customer service desk. Callers who have TTYs may exchange typed messages with the Citizens First representative via telephone. Neighborhood Preservation Team O’Fallon’s Neighborhood Preservation Team (NPT) takes a pro-active approach to handling the City’s nuisance violations, while protecting public health and neighborhood safety. |
