Description:  Project includes design of a concession stand with bathrooms for the soccer fields, south of RSC and north of the creek, to replace the port-a-potty, and to construct a maintenance building in the southern side of Sportspark closer to Highway K.

Project Status: Meeting with Bax last week and City staff to discuss layouts.

Project Status: Design kick-off meeting was held 7/6 with Bax. Surveying will commence soon.

Project Status: Contracts signed wit Bax. City is ready to issue the Notice to Proceed

Project Status: Still negotiating the contract and trying to finalize. Not to exceed contract amount was approved at 5/27 Council meeting.

Project Status: Still negotiating contract based on costs received from awarded company. Contracts still scheduled for approval 5/27.

Project Status: Notice of Award being prepared for Bax Engineering. Contracts will be presented to City Council at the 5/27 Council meeting. Negotiations for the detailed scope will take place over the next few weeks.

Project Status: RFQs are due today for engineering/architectural firms for design for this project.

Date: 3/25/2010
Project Status: Requests for Qualifications were issued to some engineering and architecture firms for this project.
