This division is responsible for maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems in all City buildings. Facilities also provides housekeeping and cleaning of O'Fallon Municipal Centre and O'Fallon Senior Center.
This division maintains all rolling stock including police and non-police vehicles, and is responsible for maintaining service records on each vehicle, performing maintenance work and scheduling outside repairs.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for all personnel functions including, but not limited to, assistance with recruitment, selection and placement of all City employees.
In addition, this department provides assistance and information to city employees regarding benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, compensation and all personnel policies and procedures. Visit the Human Resources page.
Information Technology (IT)
This division is responsible for the administration and support of the City’s computer network, and repair and troubleshooting of electronic equipment used by City staff and elected officials. IT also supports the phone system and voice mail, as well as maintenance of the building security system.
Safety and Risk Management
This division determines the risk of the various functions of the City and coordinates a Safety Program that covers each of these functions. The development of a training program ensures the safety of each employee.
Volunteer Services coordinates the volunteer efforts of citizens interested in helping their community grow through personal involvement.
