City Facilities
Day-to-day operations of the City are the responsibility of the City Administrator and a staff of more than 300 employees. Listed below are City facilities that offer services you may find useful, as well as links to information about O'Fallon's parks and attractions.
O'Fallon Municipal Centre

In 1997, the City of O'Fallon purchased three wings of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood Convent for use as O'Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall). Services accessible to the public include:
- Building Safety
- Citizens First Center
- Municipal Court
- Police Department
- Offices of City Administration
- Offices of Mayor and City Council
The Municipal Centre is open Monday - Friday, 8:00A - 5:00P, except on holidays when the building is closed.
Directions from I-70: Take Exit 217 at Highway K/M. Turn north on K to the O’Fallon Municipal Centre on the right.
Directions from Highway 40: Exit Highway 40 at K. Turn north on K to the O’Fallon Municipal Centre on the right.
Parks and Recreation Office

O'Fallon's Parks and Recreation offices are housed in the City's historic Krekel Depot, which once served as a stop for the North Missouri Railroad. Residents may register for programs and reserve park facilities at the office.
The Parks and Recreation Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30A - 4:30P, except on holidays when the building is closed.
Directions from I-70: Take Exit 217 at Highway K/M and turn north. Turn west on Civic Park Drive to the Parks and Recreation office on your left.
Directions from Highway 40: Exit Highway 40 at K and turn north. Turn west on Civic Park Drive and drive to the Parks and Recreation office on your left.
Renaud Spirit Center (indoor recreation complex)

The Renaud Spirit Center (RSC) is a 66,000 square-foot facility in O'Fallon Sports Park. The facility opened in October 2004 and features a natatorium (indoor aquatics center), gymnasium, fitness center and more! Find extensive programming in aquatics, sports, fitness and wellness.
Directions from I-70: Take Exit 217 at Highway K/M. Turn south on K to Waterford Crossing Drive and turn west. Continue to Tri-Sports Drive and turn south. Stay right to keep on Tri-Sports Drive to the RSC.
Directions from Highway 40: Exit Highway 40 at K. Turn north on K to Waterford Crossing Drive and turn west. Continue to Tri-Sports Drive and turn south. Stay right to keep on Tri-Sports Drive to the RSC.
