Snow Removal Request



Residents who have experienced a blockage of their driveway, not received snow removal service or have received damage to their property as a result of our snow removal process, must fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button. Please note items with an (*) are required.


Due to limited resources, plows can only clear driveways at the request of local emergency officials. In the event of damage to private property during snow removal, the property owner must file a claim with the City. The damage will then be investigated to determine whether it is the City's responsibility.
