Civic Hall / Park Pavilions

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

How much does renting a pavilion cost?

A:

Rental fees are based on the size and location of the pavilion and the residency status of the individual. Resident’s fees range from $25 to $100.

Q:

How do I reserve a pavilion?

A:

An individual may call 636-379-5575 to check on pavilion availability, but must rent pavilions in person at either the Parks and Recreation Office (400 Civic Park Drive) or the Renaud Spirit Center (2650 Tri Sports Circle).

Pavilions are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Pavilions may not be placed on “hold.” Pavilion rentals are for the entire day.

Q:

Do all O’Fallon City Parks have pavilions?

A:

No. Knaust Park, the City’s smallest park, is a six-acre “pocket park” with an asphalt walking path and playground, but no pavilions.

Q:

What if I need to cancel my event? Can I get a refund?

A:

Cancellations must be processed 2 weeks prior to rental date to receive a refund. The City will not give refunds for rain or weather related cancellations.

Q:

What are the park hours?

A:

All parks open at dawn and close at dusk. Civic Park pavilions have electricity and therefore are able to be open later.

Q:

Who do I contact if I have other questions?

A:

Please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 636-379-5575.
