Heritage & Freedom Fest attendees can save 50% on carnival ride tickets by pre-purchasing their tickets before the event. Discounted Heritage & Freedom Fest tickets will be available through Wednesday, July 1. The discounted tickets will be good for all three days of the festival, which will be held July 2-4 at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex, 900 T.R. Hughes Boulevard, O’Fallon (63366). Admission and parking are free.
The half-price ride tickets will be available while supplies last (through July 1):

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the O'Fallon Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 400 Civic Park Drive (63366); call 636-379-5606.
The discounted tickets cost .50 cents each, with each ride requiring 3-5 tickets. The carnival will have eight rides suitable for kids and five teen/adult rides (carnival rides may change without notice). Ride tickets are non-refundable and valid only for rides; they cannot be accepted at midway booths, concession stands, merchandise booths or the Krazy Kids Jump.
On Family Night, July 2, only the carnival midway, concessions and rides will be open, and D.J. Beezie will take song requests from 6 – 10 p.m.
July 3 and 4 festivities include spectacular fireworks displays each night, country music headliners Gloriana and LoCash on Friday, and rock music’s Smash Mouth, Toad the Wet Sprocket and special guest Tonic on Saturday. Additional July 3-4 highlights include family-friendly sideshows (the Chris Clark Bicycle Stunt Show and the Axe Women Loggers of Maine), free Kids’ Area activities (inflatables, games, crafts and face painting), carnival rides and midway, and vendors selling merchandise, festival food and beverages.
