Blank Canvas Studios’ exhibit of “outsider art” opening at the Renaud Spirit Center

An exhibit of paintings, drawings, collage and mixed media works by “outsider” artists with Blank Canvas Studios will open Friday, April 14, at the O’Fallon Cultural Arts Gallery in the Renaud Spirit Center (RSC), 2650 Tri Sports Circle, O’Fallon, Missouri 63368. The exhibit will be on display through May 26.

Blank Canvas is a non-profit, multi-discipline studio and workshop that provides individuals who are labeled developmentally-disabled with the tools, materials and support needed to create, show and sell artwork. Cultural Arts Gallery admission is free, and the exhibit is available for viewing during regular business hours at the indoor recreation complex: 5:15 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday -Thursday, 5:15 a.m.-9 p.m. on Fridays, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sundays.
